I am running a school .my books come from smart School headoffice but tcs team Burewala don’t drop the order to destination and don’t upload the status whether dispatched odlred reached here.books remain in office ,neither they attend call nor they handover the books to guard when he visit the office.They say rider is coming but no rider comes.i have to take my self from tcs office..I am sending tracking number also 9161712210.Last order also received after ten days from TCS office.No one attends the call it seems here is not any responsible person.
