Dear Sir,
It is stated that i have sent my educational degree to HEC for Atesstation through TCS service. I have also submitted HEC attestation fee 1300/ Rs to TCS personal. My degree has returned back without attestation. I approached to my nearby tcs office Rahimyar khan several time for refunding HEC attestation fee. your office personal Mr Mohsin has not entertained me properly. Kindly, Help me in this regards, please
