My documents were couriered from Melsi to Multan. The delivery man stated that Tcs Facility is not available in your area and come and receive your documents at his suggested place. I said him courier services is available. He said i am coming. He returned and updated the status i was unable to contact with the document receiver. This is false misinterpretation of information. I will Complaint on Pm Portal . We are not paying the charges for this attitude. and now the company is saying that documents will return to original destination and then again will be couriered by paying charges. Are we fools to pay double payment for their service fault?
