on 5th November I sent courier from tcs to hec which contains original degree and original transcript one set of photocopies of said documents .on 22nd November i had received my parcel in which photocopies are missing .i had contact to hec to resolve the issue .in reply of hec all documents were dispatched and now they said to contact courier company to resolve the issue
