I online booked a consignment at e com world which I received on 30th May but the item was totally changed and useless. Now I don’t have any contact numbers or address of e. Com world and now when I am calling at TCS center and talked with Mr gazali and asked to provide me address and number of e. Com world so that I may get the correct parcel. But TCS is unable to provide me any details. ITS NOW RESPONSIBILITY OF TCS TO PROVIDE ME DETAILS of ecom world online shopping.
