I’ve booked an intra-city parcel to deliver in Karachi on January 7, 2022. Despite follow-up with the call center, still my parcel has not been delivered till date. I asked them if I could pick my parcel on my own, but they don’t even know where the parcel is right now.

I did 2nd follow-up with Ms. Alina around 11am on January 13, 2022 and she said someone senior from TCS will call you in one hour. Due to this I did;

3rd follow-up with Mr. Umer around 12:30pm on January 13, 2022.

I request you to please do the needful in this regard, deliver the parcel by today.
