Yesterday I went to TCS Express Courier Office at PWD Double Road, Islamabad at 20:45 Hrs, to send a small document through courier, before going there I have confirmed on their website that TCS will close at 21:00 Hrs, but tcs workers refused to accept the packet at 20:45 HRS and told that they have already closed the office and even they did not open the office door, upon my inquiry they confirmed that closing time is 21:00 Hrs but they have already closed. even i told them that I have came from a far place, but the office doors remain closed.
my ATM vide consignment # 30348405144 was despatched on 03.03.2020 from head office karachi. but i do not received yet.
remarks shown on tracking status that the receiver not responding whereas no call from your employee.
