I gave a letter to the tcs office to send it to Lahore i gave it on 29 Feb and today is 6 March and it is still not delivered and i asked them on their universal number and they said that the address i gave was wrong but the address was right amd then i go the karachi head office to see if the given address was wrong i double checked it on 3march and they said that we will deliver it today but it is still not delivered …….. This is such a poor service even if i have send it through post office it would be delivered by now and only in 20 Rup/- and you charged 280 Rupees/- and still the letter is roaming around you…. And please return my lteer because it has my original documents in it…. Such an shamefull service…
