On 27 Nov 2021 at about 11:58 am I received call from TCS office Gujrat regarding my consignment under 779927680039 from Daraz. My house is just 1 km away from office but till now at 15:20 on Nov 28, I have not received my consignment. I made two call. Moreover, this is not first time to call customer to come office to collect courier, TCS office Gujrat is habitual of doing such act.
