Hi
I have applied for my Credit card through HBL which processing throughout TCS to deliver my Credit Card .I have received a msg from TCS with tracking ID Number 30356336365.A person contacted once on phone call with my registered Number to receive my credit card from TCS office in reply I talked with him and said that person that @ particular time and circumstances I can’t received my card now from office please deliver on giving address or Contact with me please afternoon or tomorrow after that No body contact with me now tracking show that it’s Returns to TCS origin. That’s totally Unprofessional behaviour and also not mate business standards.Customers always First priority for any Business or organization but unfortunately here is lack of Communication and professional skills from your side.
