TCS / false delivery status entries online by staff, not delivering on given address and misogynist attitude when confronted about it

my parcel arrived at TCS kharian branch (the only branch among all TCS and courier services branches that have behaved in this manner) on 28th december. without making contact (feel free to varify from telecommunication services) the entry online showed unable to contact. upon seeing this i myself called and the following day in the late afternoon a staff from TCS called speaking quite indifferently as to how he may reach the given address as it was unknown to him. after explaining the address i waited 25min in which time i called once to check again if there was any problem. my call was not attended and then i was called in the utmost rude manner to be informed only that if i want to receive delivery i should come myself to a landmark point written in address and hung up. i called back twice intending to explain that leaving residence was not possible for my father due to joint pain and no response. however after 7min (check telecomms record) i was told again in an abrupt and most rude manner that no need to send someone now the staff is back at office! when i tried to confront the person started shouting at me and made misogynist remarks. i called the office to complain and what followed is even more astonishing as two more false entries of no contact appeared online time of OO OO at night! i called office again i was told some vague reason of my area being far away i asked how many kms radius is covered by said office as prior to this no one ever had such a trouble and i wasn’t answered. next day i sent someone to receive delivery from office and i was told its been returned to place of origin. i called office to ask what they did about my complaint and they said its being inquired. i told them that their course of action caused me trouble of bearing bad, punishable by law attitude and now the pain of not receiving my kids’ winter wear. i find this most uncalled for from a company that has many sister branches and an international presence as well. i hope better rules are set in place for addressing credible complaints. and most importantly a well behaved staff who behaves well not only on recorded calls! thanks all calls of no contact are 00:00 which indicates more than enough that something is fishy at least and must not be avoided by company like this
