Dear Team,
My name is Asim Mahmood , i am working in Hbl bank As ARM (AM-1). The tcs main office located in mirpur area is not delivering the Atm cards of Hbl customers ,they hold the cards in there offices and entered the wrong delivery in system for money . They entered my name second time This is pathatic way and i am very much disappointed with this. Today i hered a cal from one of the hbl valued customer ,he said to me that i received his ATM card while i don’t know about the Atm card . I just think for while what the hell is going on . For your information this is second time that tcs mirpur office entered the wrong receiving which is a very ambarrsing for me to face the customers wrong words
Please take strict action on this i am going to email your heads and much more
