TCS office Depalpur was liable to inform recipient to collect his parcel. Neither they confirmed me arrival of parcel nor contacted me for collection and sent back my order to supplier.
On tracking when I found it unclear then my husband visited TCS office Depalpur to find out what’s happening and he was advised that their courier boy was on leave that’s why nobody contacted us.
