With due respect, it is stated I had applied for HEC documents attestation through TCS with CN 1466789231but all my documents returned unattested due to rejection of application no.2309443. Have recently sent my document again to HEC but TCS doesn’t refund my Fee and ask to wait till i get OTP. Kindly send me OTP so that i can refund my fee before I travel abroad.
