We, BARQAAB Consulting Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is a permanent customer of TCS with Customer ID # LG0311 TCS services were hired considering it as secure, reliable and timely delivery Courier Company. We send our regular / time bound official documents on daily basis. But we are in receipt of complaints of delay in service from our Client’s.
Here is a recent example of poor delivery of TCS service;

On September 18, 2020 an important packet was sent to Gilgit by TCS courier which needs to be delivered on September 23, 2020. (The tracking snapshot is attached herewith).

As per details, the packet reached the TCS facility in Gilgit on September 22, 2020 in 4 days from Lahore. But it took seven (07) days in Gilgit for the packet to be delivered at the mentioned address.

As the delivery has been delayed, we lost our Client and it caused us a huge financial loss as well as a loss of our Company’s goodwill.

It is evident that TCS has failed to deliver the packet in time, you are requested to find the reasons behind and how to this loss can be compensated.
