Goods not delivered on time…very very very poor service. And the boy in office have no special reason to tell.despite taking so much money the goods do not arrive on time and the staff is also very nasty.
I have my urgent booking on 2 Jan 2020 which is supposed to deliver at 10 Am of next morning. But the courier not delivered so I put complaint to deliver it as soon as possible. Still no response after 12 so I decided to call at helpline at 2 o clock they told me wait we will deliver soon.
Again till 4 no response and I lost my bid. All due to TCS poor services and communication on helpline. You have charged me extra for hazir delivery services but unable to perform it. TCS service sucks.
