On Thursday, March 19, 2020 I dispatched a sketch sheet to Islamabad, I did write “Do not fold!” both in Urdu and English. And when my client received the parcel it had so many folds! I used your services for the very first time and trusted that the sheet will be delivered without any damages, now it can’t be framed due to folds and scratches, there is a serious problem in your package handling services! How would you compensate such a miscarriage now?
