Respected Sir,
I am Zahid Kumail from Hangu, KPK Pakistan. This email is about the irresponsibility’s of all members of TCS Hangu in their duties. My courier is departure from MIANWALI on 10-APR-20 17:03 and they (TCS Hangu Branch) receive courier on 11-APR-20 12:00. I myself went more than 4 times to TCS office for my courier conformation. WHY? But they told me we didn’t yet receive your courier; they even didn’t bother to check my courier in a list because they were busy in PUBG all time in office. What the HACK they are doing there? For what purpose we are mention our home or shop address for courier? Why TCS members are not deliver our courier to respective address? What do these people take for granted? Why TCS Hangu office closed in between 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM timing? Why they misbehave with me?
This is my tracking ID: 774607200548. Please I need my courier, there is my important medicine and I already waited for it more than 20 days. I want to take serious action on TCS Hangu Branch as soon as possible. Thank you
