It is very disappointing that what I had heard about TCS services, it is as not as I was expecting, On 02/05/2019 I visit to book A job application delivery at DHA phase ii Karachi service center. I asked the facilitator that tomorrow it must be delivered before 11:00 then the facilitator asked if you want it should be delivered before 11:00 am you need to book it through TCS Hazir services and I did it with TCS Hazir services because I didn’t want to take any risk of delay in delivery because it was A job application and the next day was the deadline last date of submission of applications. I was sure that the next day it will be delivered at 11:00 am but I did not receive any update so when I checked tracking it was delivered at 12:17 pm and 12:00 am was closing time of that department due to Jumma Mubarak. my complaint is 1, when you Charged extra for facility and customer paid then why didn’t you delivered the desired time. 2 I lodged complaint #2869350 still nobody has responded yet. 3 it was just 2.5 km from away from the booking center why delayed .4 it was a job application deadline when you were committed and didn’t fulfill who is responsible for this loss.I’m waiting for your prompt reply I will expose this through social media and print media.
