I JUST CALLED HELP LINE # 021-111-123-456 AT TIME 03:48 PM 4TH JULY,2022. AND TALKED TO MISS FAIZA (ID # 1318). I TRIED TO LOG A COMPLAIN AGAINT MY PARCEL (TRACKING NUMBER 774900145790) WHICH WAS NOW RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER. BUT MISS FAIZA ISNT CAPABLE TO UNDERSTAND MY COMPALIN AND DIDNT LOGED MY COMPLAIN.
MY ACTUAL COMPALIN WAS THAT ON 25TH JUNE,2022 FROM 0302-8614395 I RECEIVED A CALL WHICH I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND. (I REIVED CALL FROM SAME NUMBER ON 20TH JUNE, 2022 THATS HOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE PERSON IS FROM TCS). ANY WAYS I TRIDED MANY TIME VIVA CALLING FROM MY NUMBER AS WELL AS FROM DIFFRENT NUMBERS BUT HE DIDNT ATTAND MY CALL AND NOW THE PARCEL IS RETUEND.
REQUEST
1) TAKE ACTION AGAINT THE PERSON WHOES NUMBER 0302-8614395
2) SEND THE PARCEL AGAIN. AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.
