My Name Is Zariab Haider and I work in Pano Aqil cantt as an army Officer. I was at home on monday 22 when a parcel was dispatched from Pano Aqil at my home address in Dunga Bunga Bahawalnagar. On 24th afternoon, when the package was still pending, I inquired and found out that the package has reached Haroonabad, which is 20 kms away in entirely opposite direction. I was to leave for Islamabad the very night at 2000 hours, I tried my best to somehow retrieve the package but couldn’t. The package didn’t even reach at my address on 25th of feb, and on 26 of feb in the morning, I received a call from the local distributor (the owner of book shop named Sajid Book Shop in Dunga Bunga), he told me that he has my package and I can come and collect it anytime I want. I told him about my absence from the town and requested him to deliver it at my home address, he told me to get it tomorrow or anytime I come back in town and he hung up the phone.
This type of attitude is a sickness among local distributors who think themselves as royal authorities. And this thing is not the first of it’s nature, it has happened in the past as well when the same individual used to call me so that I could pay a visit to him to collect my own package which in fact was paid in money to be received at my front door. I humbly request the higher authorities to take strict action towards the culprit or else I will never ever use the same service again as I have been disappointed enough and cannot endure it anymore.
