Tcs give wrong addresses of shipper which make a big spam of online shopping in which shipper sent wrong items through tcs.and tcs not give us any information about shipper when we call or sms they block our numbers in pakistan. online shopping is a big spam and tcs is also involve with him because of their ratings

I ordered a men track suit from [email protected] while i received a cheap quality hood on 20-1-2020. The address on it is also given wrong, i don’t even think that this is a proper registered company as wrong details are given, i have also mailed them but haven’t received any reply. This was the message that i received from tcs
“Dear Customer, Your order from SILVERTRADERS has been picked up by TCS under CN 77267449643, For Inquiry please dial 111 123 456.”
I hope any action will be taken against it.
