An order was supposed to be delivered by your company on 6th. I didn’t get it, neither I received any call nor message. On Thursday I called your help centre send the person told me she has put my shipment on top priority and gave me a complaint number. Today I called the help center again but all in vain. Your floor supervisor wasn’t there. The lady (Ammara) also told me that my Shipment is not to be delivered 1st half ,so she told me to call after 12 to know the status. Although it was your company ‘s work but keeping a humane approach I called again at 1,45(Roohi). After repeating the same thing I asked to talk to the supervisor and I was told the person isn’t there again. So I forwarded my request that I need to talk to the supervisor and kindly arrange a call. I was told that he will call me in an hour time period. Which of ourselves didn’t happen again.
I called around 6,45 again and repeated the same story asked and this time YOUR REPRESENTATIVE ABIHA forwarded my call to sentiments department. I mean really? I was on hold for like 12 whole minutes and the call was around 20 minutes. Somehow with the help of MUHAMMAD SYED I was forwarded to your head representative Mr Dilawar and the person literally shut my call while I was talking. Is this the way you deal with customers? Why do you fail to maintain your name? This is disappointing.

* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.
