My CNIC (ID card) is dispatched by NADRA Pakistan. the consignment # is 807017846834. it was delivered to Fake/unknown person. TCS courier person did not verify the identity and gave the very sensitive document to Unknown person. it is totally irresponsible behaviour of TCS. They know very well about the document is very sensitive and it can be misused.
I logged the complaint in TCS on dated 05-01-2022, the complaint ticket # 4993035. but still no progress they are showing on complaint.
Please take immediate action. And must be delivered my ID card to me.
