1. My shipment no 774760630837 booked for Islamabad retuned back irresponsiblly without locating the address.
2. Later, on 13 Jan 2023, the expected date of delivery when i checked online status of my shipment, it learnt that my address couldn’t be found, whereas my address is very clear and easy to locate.
3. Soon afterwards on the same date, i called the TCS help line vide complaint no 6186879 and retained the shipment at TCS office I-9/4 Islamabad
4. On 14 Jan 2023 at 1300 hrs i reached in the said office to collect the shipment in person but very unfortunately i have been told that my shipment has been send back to the Lahore. Subsequently, the relevant TCS guys called Lahore office and called the shipment back to Islamabad.
5. But still tonight i-e 17 Jan 2023 my shipment has not been returned nor i have received any response from TCS.
A high level of nonsense and irresponsible attitude shown by TCS
