Dear Customer Care Manager
I live in Malir Cantt Karachi. Today at about 1330 hrs, I received a call from a guy posing to be from TCS with COD delivery (PKR 3700) for me. I made his entry through check post and paid him PKR 4000 (3700+300) as tip for delivery. On opening the package, it was reveled that this was neither an item I ordered neither company I ordered from. Soon I called the delivery person but he turned his phone off. I also tried calling number on label which is also non responsive. Although the person was wearing TCS T-shirt, I doubt that he is a TCS employee. Suspecting it as a fraudulent delivery, I am writing to you to confirm if subject person works for TCS and if subject consignment was booked through TCS or not.
