i have make my standard charted bank account from model town c block branch on 31 janaury 2022 and they asked me that i will get ATM card on 7 January exact after 8 days. on 8 january i called the manager to whom my account concern and asked about card. After few minutes some TCS employee called me and said that i will provide your card at 5 pm sharp at given address. The same day at 10 pm he called me and said that there is no one at your home and i am coming after 20 minutes. it was his last discussion with me and still his phone number is off and i am trying and trying again and again. either he don’t attend my call or some other problem. i have paid my salary in account of current month and i have to activate my card to draw the salary.
