Dear Sir / Madam
I have complaint here that My ID card was dispatched from NADRA , on 22nd of July-2018, but not received yet.
When I try to complaint on help line 042-111-123-456, Customer representative available on help line told me that your ID card is in returning process now, after asking the reason she told me that address is not locating.
While same time I call to help line of NADRA from where I was informed that not only address is completely written on shipment, phone # also mentioned on it.
Kindly help to deliver my ID card as it great help because I need my ID card urgently.
