I booked some important official documents from rawalpindi for abbottabad on 21st of january 2022.
It was confirmed by the company that documents will be delivered during office hours on very next day.
But they didn’t deliever my docs excusing that the delievering address was closed at 3:50 pm.
However, on the call at helpline they told that the status still pending.
Moreover, the recipient was available till 6pm and was in contact with me.
I registered a complain on tcs helpline. They even issued me the complaint no but didnt take any step.
The consequences of late delievery faced by me are not still entertained by tcs
