I have sent a parcel from Rawalpindi to Thana Malakand on TCS having Tracking Number # 5100205028. Booking date was 27-12-2019 and the parcel still not recieved on today’s date i.e 31-12-2019. On tracking yesterday the parcel was located in Batkhela which is 5km away from final distination(Thana Malakand). Still the parcel located in Batkhela.
Very poor service of TCS.
