My parcel was to be received on 08 Jan 2020. However I have still not received it, as at today, 14 Jan 2020. I had to contact them again and again to acquire about my parcel. And there was no explanation from their end. This happening for the 2nd time with me in last months. Highly disappointed with the poor service of TCS!
