i need to send documents to Karachi on urgent basis my consignment number was CN#1064874716 the tcs person said our services are not so accurate in karachi ur parcel can be late u should choose tcs flyer wich will cost more then double i choosed that and according to him and a txt which i received it must be deliver on 10am but it was deliver on 3pm, now i am asking who is responsible for my loss if it has to be deliver on regular normal time why they misguide people to charge too much..
