I booked a shipment from Mansehra on 18/5 for Peshawar and it was supposed to be delivered at 10.30 AM. Your counter staff advised that the shipment would be delivered between 10.30 and 11.30 AM for which I was charged Rs500. I advised the addressee accordingly as the shipment contained a transaction document. However, the delivery was made beyond 12 noon on 19/5, thereby affecting the contract. Hence the TCS failed to honour it’s commitment. Therefore, I request to treat this as a normal shipment and make a refund accordingly.
