Consignment booking was done at 12 January 2019 Saturday at 14:15 from Islamabad to Lahore but they didn’t deliver till Tuesday 16:00 . After requesting for the documents submission time is 15 January till 3:00 pm.
Documents are with demand draft of rupees 3000 and last date for submission is 15 January 2019.
After this day documents are accepted with late fees of 6000 rupees
Now due to the fault of tcs courier service our document is delayed. So tcs has to pay that loss of late submission.
It’s my humble request to pay for that loss and late submission of documents.
