Dear Sir/Madam
On 25th Oct 2019 my shipment was dispatched from karachi which was supposed to be delivered to me at peshawar on Saturday 26th oct, 2019 but unfortunately due to false communication from the TCS local office representative (03028616075) i couldn’t get my shipment as yet.the local office TCS representative call me on Saturday morning that my shipment is with him & he just want to confirm my exact home location. i did communicated & told him where to be delivered but i have waited for the whole day but shipment couldn’t delivered to me & once i call him at Saturday morning for the exact status he told me the rider is on the way and shipment will be delivered to me in an hour but once its delayed i call him for the whole day but he didn’t bothered to attend my calls.
i expect a stict action against this incident form the TCS management so that no body else can do the same ti the customers in the future. thank you.
