TCS / lost of confidential parcel send through Meezan bank

I am an account holder of meezan bank. bank has sent my confidential parcel via tcs on 21/10/2022. Tracking number “301015363199”. It’s been around two months I have no update of my parcel. I was out of city due to some reason and at that time bank send my parcel to my home. but no one received that parcel yet. and neither bank officials nor tcs customer representative is responding correctly. both are blaming each other and shuffling me like a ball. They are giving the reason that it’s been around more than 45 days and we can’t find your data. nor the customer service person is generating my complain number.
Kindly please look into it.
