This is Aurangzaib.
Parcel booked from Karachi dated 18th july 2021 for Lahore . But unfortunately address was written wrong for Lahore… Now we are contacting to TCS many times , but no body helping us , how to received.
This parcel was booked with the name of my Mother, Munira Rasheed , now status showing that it was refused . her age is around 80 , she can not get and collect .
Please guide us , how we can collect parcel , there are cloth in below parcel.
