with due respect I want to complain against TCS branch Mirpur AJK, the delivery boys are not doing their job properly. I was supposed to receive a debit card from the bank by the name HBL at my home address which is located at a well-known sector that is A.1 and the road name is Akber, of the city. when I asked the bank about the card they told me that your card has been received by a person by my name, myself who has not received any card and sign any post. I haven’t received any call from TCS or any member of my home received or signed any post by the TCS. This is not the first case happens with me but most of my family members had faced similar issues. Delivery boys are not doing their duty well they don’t deliver the post to the concerned address rather than taken back to the TCS office. this is my tracking no, 30348689125.
