Today, the 13th January 2020, at 1030 AM, when I handed over Daraz Return Package with Tracking # and RA #, as directed by Daraz, the officer of TCS refused to accept the parcel saying that his branch was not authorized to accept. He told me either to go to Jauhar Chourangi near Dar-Us-Shafat or Jauhar More, because those branches are authorized to take Daraz Returns. When I went to Jauhar Chourangi branch, near Dar-Us-Shafat, he accepted the parcel and told me that every branch of TCS are authorized to accept Daraz return parcels. If his statement was true, then I wasted an hour and Rs. 220/ by taking a rickshaw and coming back to Jauhar Complex near Safoora Goth.
Please advise your TCS Mosmiat branch not to deny customers the service.
