I make an online order and it washes shipped through TCS. The Tracking Number: 774725027251 was issued, I got the messages and update on a regular basis that my shipment is on the way and will be received on Thursday, but without any phone call, any contact I can see on the website that it was mentioned REFUSE DELIVERY which is a big lie as they never tried to reach me. I got parcels from many other courier services which are delivered smoothly as I live in the center of the city but TCS has always created this trouble. A legitimate action is required against their delivery team.
