My tracking ID # 30326000322, recieved in Islamabad office on 17/12/18 at 1pm but still not delivered at my home.I recieved a phone call from 02138797432 on 18/12/18 on my mobile and asked my address,i guided him but not delivered. Then i recieved a call from same number on 22/12/18 & again she asked my address & said to me to collect my parcel from tcs office,which i refused.Today i called on UAN of tcs, Miss Anam falsely said that they attempted though they did not actually, she noted my complain against complaint # 2629326 but no sms recieved on my mobile.Kindly take necessary action.what a fraud service this is?

I had my debit card experience, in which i told them 3 times to deliver at my home adress, (which is fine we recieve bills, aliepxress shipments, banks offer for brothers) but everytime they refuse sending anything to my adress.
