Dear Sir,
I am professional advocate doing practice at Distt Bar Sialkot. I had applied for the post of Civil Judge announced by Lahore High Court. My Roll number slip had been sent to my permanent address in Narowal by Lahore high Court. i had received a phone call on thursday 21.11.2019 in the evening by TCS Narowal office informing me that my Roll number slip has been arrived at their office and i have to collect it. i could not reach TCS office on friday or saturday. then Sunday was the holiday. On Tuesday (today) morning i have sent my father to collect my roll number slip but unfortunately my father have been told that my roll number slip has been sent back due to non pick in 3 days.
And when my father informed me on phone about it and i asked him to get me connected with TCS office team. i have been told on phone its my mistake that i could collect it with in 3 days. Whereas no one had informed me that if i could not collect it, it’ll be sent back. when i raised this point, Narowal TCS office guy on phone start blaming me. And at the end with abusive language that guy cut the call. After that he also use abusive language with my father. and ordered him to leave the office immediately.
its the most ugly example which i have ever faced by any courier service in pakistan. TCS people called themselves as the best in Pakistan. How can they call their team the best in the country with such rude irresponsible and manner less persons???
At the end, my demand is, my roll number slip delivery to my home address, that guy’s apologies in person.
