TCS picked my credit card shipment no 32100 5037963 from silk bank karachi on 10.10.2019. Which must be due at 16.10.19. On 16.10.19 I called tcs coustomer care no and inquire them about card which they assure to delivered on next day. On 18th I called again and launched complain with ticket no 3169101. The customer care officer assure that he will arranged the delivery today in evening. Later on no response. Then I called customer care again in evening but they just give me the reason that rider is not in that route so delivery can’t be possible.
The non professional and mis committed behaviour of tcs company and staff is hypertensive. They not waste my time but also disturb by professional work.
The most expensive courier company have irresponsible and non professional attitude is tolerated, kindly take strict action.
