Today I visited your new GT road office for delivery of documents for uk.
The counter clerk was fine but the second member who seems to be labour asked me to provide copy of nic ,he was very rude and I was not comfortable, I told him that I do have original but he refused to accept and return the envelope. He told me to complain at help line but I insisted that let me speak to your manager which he reluctantly got me connected. I explained to him the issue and he was kind enough to accept the envelope and told him to photo my nic to him.
My request is that people visit your office from far away such facility should be in your office right away besides don’t understand why you keep such third class staff to deal with customers.
Please take action.
Now am not sure despite paying about Rs 3587 this envelope will reach or not.
