No delivery of my parcel. Which was posted by Hakeem Barkat from Sialkot to jhang. There were medicines for me in that parcel. I recieved a call by delivery boy on 9:50am Saturday but parcel is not recieved till now at 5:00 pm and now closing time of the office.

TCS is always a pathetic service as sample item was delivered on urgent basis dated 4 May 2020 from Karachi to Islamabad which was expected to receive today 06 May 2020 before 12PM. Called customer service thrice but every time same response as to hold for delivery although we had offered them early morning to collect our self from their counter just to avoid delay. If we don’t receive today, then it won’t be meaning no more which is supposed to submit it to client for approval procedure. You guys should need to understand that office timing during Ramadan is 9 till 3PM. How come one suppose to receive after 5 PM?
