The document sent through TCS was departure on 2nd/December/2021 from Karachi needs to be reached at Dewal Sharif on 3rd of December but instead of reaching to this place it has been delivered at Murree Office ,further there was non information given to me from the Murree TCS office regarding non delivery of a shipment which caused inconveniece.Secondly Karachi office needs to inform sender during the time of a shipment that the mentioned address (Dewal Sharif) was not fall under their service area.
