Tcs/non delivery of consignment 30356243630
My consignment no 30356253630 was sent through TCS by my Bank on 18nov21
I contacted TCS helpline on 21st Nov 21 , They said that same will be delivered
definately by 6pn / 22nd Nov 21 otherwise I should call them again.
It was not delivered and I called again , they said sometimes it can be delayed
and will definately be delivered by the 23rd of Nov 21.
They have sent back the consignment to the shipper with the reason that
INCORRECT ADDRESS.
very strange, no contact made. same should be investigated.
Very casual attitude of staff on the helpline, not helpful at all.

My over land parcel consignment no CN 9043339001 was booked on 17/11/2021 from TCS office PColony Gujranwala to Rawalpindi still not delivered today on 29/11/21 in spite of complaint 4870882 issued by head office TCS karachi on calling them on 25/11/21 and again on 27/11/21 and today again went to peoples colony Gujranwala to help for delivery at the destination but no success so for .please do the need full and oblige.
My TCS complaint for my consignment CN 9043339001 dated 17/11/21 and at TCS head office karachi complaint ticket no 4870882 issued on 25/11/21 n again called them on 27/11/21 but my consignment from Gujranwala to Police foundation Rawalpindi has not so for delivered.It is two weeks now.Kindly do the needful and oblige.
