Sir I 18 may I sent a courior through TCS from rawalpindi to gilgit having tracking number CN5068814508 , today I got a message that my shipment can’t be delivered due to non-service area , and asking me for self collection from their TCS office Gilgit. I had paid the money amounting Rs.400 and still not delivering and how can I collect them if the address was non service than they have not booked my shipment and once they have booked they should make arrangement for delivery. I request that action may be taken against TCS and my money be returned back to me.
