On 25 June we booked a shipment from TCS Sukkur Shalimar Shop with Tracking ID 5564451078 at 1641 hrs, which was required to be delivered on 26 June 2019. Despite of calling 10-15 times on Helpline FROM Mobile No 0344-2507889 they every time said that your shipment is on way and will be delivered b/w 9 AM to 6 PM, but after 6 PM when I called help line they said sorry your mail can not be delivered due to time closed.
We faced misbehavior from Help TCS office staff during the telephonic inquiries and tracking.
This has shaked our department trust in TCS.
I invite attention Chairman,TCS to enquire them what they are doing?
