Respected Sir, I want to draw to your attention regarding non delivery of parcel. Mostly my consignment has been posted through TCS but i have experience that TCS Office Layyah lose the repue of National wide courier company. It is pertinent to mention here that District Layyah have only just 4 Km Square City but the delivery of TCS Office Layyah take 2 to 3 days for delivery. Due to this reason mostly i have collected my consignment himself. As compare to your service with M&P Courier & Leopard very worst. My parcel tracking vide No. 774613016105 was departure from Faisalabad on 06.10.2021 at 10:20 pm and arrived at TCS Office Layyah on 07.10.2021 at 1:11 pm but now 08.10.2021 at 06:06 pm after laps of 29 hours my parcel still hold at TCS Office Layyah not deliver to me. No doubt TCS lose Courier Race as compared to other courier companies not in only delivery process but also compare to attitude of the officials. You can check my tracking history through my cell number i.e. 03008760396 mostly i have received parcel himself that bad impact of the service. It is requested to take necessary measure to improve your service. Regard.
